Adopted Korean American Anyssa Kim will be publishing a book of her original poetry: Ovarian Twists.
This
book of fifty poems is a product of her spiritual wandering and
meditation on subjects such as: life in the city, philosophy, reason
for being, being female, struggle for perfection.
Miss
Kim was adopted when she was 14 months old and moved to Long Island.
She said she can’t forget the sadness she felt in this strange land
when people made fun of her for being adopted.
