The process can be tricky, and would-be adoptive parents often face the
question "Why not adopt an American kid?"

  1. I heard this and it made me furious. Once again adoption from the adopter’s point of view. Cox makes money of adoption so, no she does not make up for it by a long shot.
    It is like have a discussion on race relations in the United States but only inviting the Bush family
