Boileau.. The trailer was haunting and so familiar. Gave me lumps in the throat. I can't wait to see it some day, and I hope that it gets a US distributor.

Approved for Adoption, a hybrid animated/documentary, is being hailed as the Korean Persepolis. Persepolis
was an Oscar nominated film in 2007 that used animation to tell the
story of the narrators memories of childhood and adolescence.
The film is directed by French filmmaker Laurent
Boileau.

Jae Ran, the above link to the official website didn’t work for me, so I Googled it. What I found instead was a Facebook page which led me to this:
