CARY – When Adam Kohlhaas was adopted from South Korea 20 years ago, he was the only Korean he ever saw in Cary.“It had its difficult moments, but overall I did not experience anything different than any other Asian-American growing up in the suburbs,” Kohlhaas said. “It was tough, but I turned out OK.”
